Depending on originating and desination locations, shipping will require between 2-8 days. We ship all items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional surcharges may apply). If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. |

Sales tax is only applied only to orders that are shipped to the State of Florida. Florida state sales tax is 6% (plus additional county surcharges where applicable). Shipping and handling charges are taxable in the State of Florida.
Orders placed in Florida are not subject to sales tax if the order is shipped outside of Florida.

Shortly after completion of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. Please save these email invoices for your records.

Returns require a return authorization number for processing. A return authorization number can be obtained by emailing us at returns@qayak.com. This return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package upon return. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For items purchased with free-shipping, the current cost of shipping, of similar items without free-shipping, is non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. |
Limited Warranty
Qayak warrants, to the original purchaser only, when any product is used for normal recreational purposes that all boats are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of nine (9) months from date of purchase and other accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
If any product is found to be defective, the owner may contact Qayak by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. If the product is being returned to Qayak, it must be shipped prepaid as instructed with a copy of the original transaction receipt. Qayak is not responsible for any lost or improperly shipped items if a return authorization number is not obtained in advance.
After inspection of any product that is defective, Qayak shall either repair or replace the defective part or item as deemed necessary by Qayak. Qayak shall perform its responsibilities to repair or replace said item within thirty (30) days of receipt of any authorized return.
The warranty does NOT cover any product used for rental, for hire or in professionally guided tours and other uses not considered for normal recreational purposes. It also does not cover any punctures, cuts or abrasions sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. QAYAK SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THIS WARRANTY IS INCLUSIVE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. |
